I didn't come from a consulting firm.

Over the years I developed a way of looking at businesses that goes beyond the obvious. I look for the structural reasons things aren't working, not just the symptoms. I move quickly and I think commercially first.

My focus is hospitality and restaurants, but the thinking applies anywhere a business has stopped growing the way it should. I work as a strategic partner, not just an outside voice, which means I stay until the problem is actually solved.

How I think about business

Positioning is not a marketing decision. It is the most strategic decision a business ever makes.
A messy operation is not a people problem. It is a system problem, and systems can be rebuilt.
Growth without consistency is an illusion. Consistency without growth is waste. The real work lives in between.
Credibility is built through precision, not volume. I would rather say less and deliver more.
